$5 release and holidays stuff

Happy holidays, everyone!
Just wanted to quickly poke in and say:
- v0.10 has a few bugs that I'm aware of, like missing gallery scenes, and some inconsistency with the mindbreak;
- there's nothing critical (I hope), and you can replace a script-file to unlock the bugged gallery (with no new scenes added to it yet);
- despite having already a half-fixed version on my hands (with a fully updated gallery), I'm not gonna repack and re-upload everything, yet. I'll accumulate more fixes first;
- for the $5-tier release, I'm simply gonna make the previous post available for that tier, and in a few days I'll start working on a more refined "v0.10a" version;
- that "a" version is gonna be public and available around 15-20 January, maybe I'll add a very minor scene to it, not sure yet;
