TLDR: Month off: no zine, no charge. Then we get back to business.

Hello! The January zine is about to be shipped out, which will be the 12th edition of Paper Rag.

I am very proud of what we accomplished, I am also very tired.

This marks a complete year of escaping the algorithm, and over 12,000 zines shipped around the world! It's been a lot of work but I could not do it without all of you joining in and supporting the patreon.

I am pausing billing from today till January 25th. What does this mean?

You don't need to cancel your subscription, it's all being taken care of for you!

There will be no February zine, but worry not YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

The January zine will ship as usual, and during this month while we're normally collecting the preorders for the February zine there will be no charge. Then, when the cycle turns over to January 25th, billing will be reactivated so that we can begin collecting preorders for the march zine.

I am so excited for this next year of Paper Rag and I have big plans to continue to make it a better and better way of escaping the algorithm. This next year will be full of even more and more art, articles, and poetry I think you'll love. (please stick around, I'm beggin' ya.)

All I need is a little patience.

This break is scary for me because it means essentially no money comes in, and there's a chance that people leave because nothing shows up and they think it should have. so I ask your patience and that you stick with me in this month off, so that when Paper Rag comes back it can be better than ever!
