New, Different Content Incoming
Added 2024-11-02 10:33:55 +0000 UTCSo, I'll be uploading reactions to Deadpool and Wolverine and the next episode of Hitchhiker's Guide later today. Also later today I'll be recording another episode of Hitchiker's Guide and the next episode or two of OFAH and another episode of Porridge. This coming week I will be recording reactions to Hacksaw Ridge, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, Lawrence of Arabia, the last episode of Hitchiker's Guide and more episodes of Doctor Who, OFAH, Porridge, Still Game and Some Mothers. I'm thinking for the series after Hitchhiker's Guide on the channel I may record an episode or 2 of something like Inside No. 9 or something like Black Mirror. One of those will either be added later in the month on the channel or for starting on the channel in December. I'll also be recording and releasing through the month reviews preceeding reactions for at least Lawrence of Arabia and Ministry. I'm hoping to have 90% of that done by Wednesday this coming week.
Now all of that being said, starting next week and the week after I'll putting content in here that's nowhere close to reactions. I'm doing all of this Wednesday because Thursday the server I play on Rust does it's monthly server wipe. Before I've been able to record anything this past week and as part of my catching my breath a bit, I started playing it last week to get back into the swing of it. So by Saturday starting on the 15th I'll be putting out a weekly episode for the monthly play through and I'm going to be putting restrictions on myself for the playthrough, doing it solo (normally do that anyways) and can you unlock everything in a single playthrough without running any of monuments except Dome, Satellite, the gas stations and supermarket. All of the major landmarks (launch site, oil rigs, airfield, etc, ) are off limits. So I'll have to grind through, get air drops, raid, farm, kill kitted players, buy and research blue prints, etc. Which means outside of the recyclers at the gas stations, supermarket, outposts, mining depots, and satellite, I'll be extremely limited on how I acquire some of the major blue prints (AK, rocket launchers, c4, etc)
Also starting next week you'll be getting content that I create using AI. I'll be using midjourney, elevenlabs, runway, pixverse and some other things here and there to create smaller videos until I can work my way up. Much of it will be using images and prompts but I plan on working up to using video to video for larger scale projects. Video to video is me recording a video and putting in runway or pixverse to add to the background scene or visual enhancement for a more cinematic rendering. I'll still have to make some adjustments in premiere for color correcting and editing the larger video. I already know some of it will be rough as heck but, I enjoy coming up with a concept and trying to work it to a better fruition. Working up to video to video conversions or enhancements is the ultimate goal. My brother went to school for film and cinema but does a lot of scriptwriting so I'm hoping at some point to work with him on something for a collaborative effort to start making something episodic to tell a larger story.
At some point in the next month I'll also be showing y'all the video with youtube growth advice before they hit youtube. I have a lot of stuff outside of reactions that I have interests in and I'm going to as much as possible start working stuff as much as possible into my creative portfolio. I used to write poetry, short stories, and just was overall way more creative. I LOVE doing reactions because I get to connect to folks for the most part on a level through shared enjoyment that would make many envious. On the flipside, I've been doing it so long that I want to start making content that originates from me. It's something that I've been wanting to do for a long time. I'm finally in a state where, regardless of views and growth (which I still enjoy getting) that I get video to video, I feel as if original content creation is how I'll ensure my longterm future on youtube and possibly beyond, whether it's in front of a camera or behind the scenes.

Cool things ahead then. I am a bit of an AI geek as well, pretty much since the 1980s but it has only been in the last few years, due to the AI revolution that has been going on since 2021 at least, I have gotten into actually using it like I imagined I would be using it back when I was pre-ten year old in the 1980s. The rate of progress has been phenomenal in these last few years there are applications of AI if you asked me about the possibility of them coming by 2030, at the start of the century I would of been highly skeptical of image and video generation, for instance, getting so good so fast. I thought that at this stage we would be just at the stage of having chat bots that were just about useful and could fool you into believing it was a human in short interactions but if you used it longer then ten minutes you would realize it was a chat bot.
