November 2017 - Our Salty Sail to New Zealand

Our latest video is out, and features our 9-day 1,200NM passage to New Zealand, from Vava'u Tonga!

We had a very salty sail, lots of waves and wind. Pino made great speed, it's one of the fastest passages we've made. Fast often means less comfortable, most of the time we were heeled over and being below wasn't much fun. Going to the bathroom, a normally simple affair on land, becomes a chore at sea. Any simple task becomes complicated.

We're happy to have arrived here in NZ, we have many projects to do on Pino (with 12 months to do it all). With constant internet, making projects will be easier! Expect more updates on Markl, Rotonde, Wiktopher and Nataniev.
