A wee hint of Davros with the controlling everything from the chair thing maybe. No spoilers about Davros though.

2023-09-06 12:44:34 +0000 UTCI'm going to get jumped on for saying this but I don't think that the "baddie" is supposed to be a caricature, I just think Roger Lloyd Pack was a bad actor. He was great as Trigger in Only Fools and Horses, but that was an incredibly one dimensional character, everything else he's been in he overacts so much and it's just cringeworthy. He's atrocious in Harry Potter too.

2023-09-05 20:51:30 +0000 UTCYou didn't recognise Trigger from Only Fools and Horses as Lumic in this, weird seeing Trigger play that part. The other guy with the glasses you couldn't place is an old school London gangster in real life, but you probably seen him in one of the Guy Ritchie movies, don't remember which one he was in.

2023-09-05 19:59:50 +0000 UTCThe Cybermen have always been considered ‘Doctor Who’’s 2nd most popular monsters, after the Daleks. I also think it’s be cool, jumping a bit in Classic Who, to see you react to a 2nd Doctor story with them, because if the Daleks were the defining monsters of the 1st Doctor era, the Cybermen were that for the 2nd.
