this episode holds a special place in my heart as i remember it from when i was young lol. this show really introduced me into sci-fi drama. also, next episode is even better imo and i think you'll love it! it always impresses me how they managed to pull this stuff off with the budget and tech they had back then.

This is what I love about Dr Who, every now and then it throws a curve ball, and you really never know what you will get. I think you missed a bit at the start, because Rose said she wanted to go back and comfort her dad, because Jackie told her growing up that he died alone. That was why all this happened. I loved the interplay between them all in this episode, and Pete Tyler turned out to be quite a guy for an ordinary man.

2023-07-09 23:48:33 +0000 UTCgreat reaction again the new shows do a great job of giving the Doctors companions some backstory which was not always the case in the past, you may have to allow some extra time for the next reaction to this as its another double episode and imo one of the best stories from the first series, thanks again.
