NWS bulletins restored
Added 2024-07-10 02:41:44 +0000 UTCAs of a few days ago, the LDM feed has been restored and NWS bulletins are functioning again. The bash script has been tested and found to be functioning correctly, so it has been deployed on the cod server. Whenever the next IP change occurs, the downtime for the LDM feed should be minimal thanks to the script.
