RHAP Survivor 50 Live Show Town Hall

Last week we polled the patrons of RHAP about where we should go for our Survivor 50 Live Shows. We heard pitches from the patrons in the most requested cities about why we should go there.

Charlotte had a strong case made - well done! I’d love it to be in NC and while I think Raleigh would be the better city for a RHAP takeover - direct flights to Charlotte are nice and still a quick drive for Rob.

Legitimately. I and so many folks I know are not comfortable crossing the border right now, it is not a joke or an exaggeration. It can be Toronto, Montreal, literally anywhere north of the border and I will pack my bags and drag my friends to the show post-haste! But I just can't justify going south under any circumstances right now.

I missed Sam's email back to me saying he needed a rep to speak for Toronto - but our rep killed it. Toronto is a must-do for 50. Not only has RHAP not been here since 44 (where we had an *incredible* turn-out) there are also a huge swath of Canadian RHAP fans, podcasters and reality stars who may not feel comfortable crossing the border right now. This may seem like a jokey reason, but I think it's a huge, legitimate concern for many Canadians right now, so it'd mean a lot to have RHAP venture north of the border so we can celebrate 50 with you. The city is incredible, as you know from your time here for 44, with so many potential patron activities and meet-up locations. The dollar is poor right now, so American listeners would be able to visit and stay for a much cheaper price than in some American locales. I know Rob has been hesitant in the past to visit Toronto in for the Spring seasons, but Toronto is pretty mild, if not in full-spring mode for most of the months that the first-half of the year seasons are on.
