Do this if you are having any of these problems with your cc
Added 2024-09-24 10:51:40 +0000 UTCThe game update on September 18 changed the Windows framework from DX9 to DX11, so any CC created prior to this update may have had issues with images that were not yet compatible with the DX11 mode. Some of the problems include:
Question mark image
Llama image
Object disappears after placing it in buy mode
Lot in a saved game won't load anymore when one of these objects are placed
You can easily solve the problem by running a batch fix in Sims4studio.
Click on Content Management>Misc>Update Images for DX11
Then, select the directory for your mod folder and backup folder.
The program will take some time to run batch fix. How long depends on how large your mod folder is. That is it. You can now enjoy playing with your CC again.😊

Hi! Is this the issue with the La Cornue stove? I think your mesh is fine but SanoySim's won't load if I have it in my folder. I really want to figure out how to get it back into my game! I've been gone for six months because I had a baby!

2024-10-12 15:23:43 +0000 UTChi, i have been using your cc for months. i just got a new macbook and am redownloading some of my fave cc pieces. but when i download them its coming in as a document and when i move to my mods folder it is not showing up in my game. what can i do to fix this xx

Quick question is it normal to get a pop up saying if you are not testing DX11 you shouldn't run this? (this pop up comes up when I follow the above instructions?)
