Everything You Need to Know for the NYC Show

We are so excited to see many of you at our live show this week! Here's all the info in 1 handy place that you can reference throughout the week!

PATRON MEET & GREET
We will be on the rooftop of The Ainsworth at 45 E. 33rd St. In order to keep this as an event that prioritizes getting to socialize and know each other, we have asked the bar to keep the music down so no one has to yell over the music.

No RSVP or ticket required to attend, but we are trying to keep this just to the patrons of RHAP, so we ask that you do not advertise outside of the patron community. If you have a family member or friend you are traveling with, we would love to have them, but the bar does not have the capacity for the general public as well.

It looks like the weather will hold up, but may be a bit chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket!

ADDITIONAL PATRON ACTIVITIES
Some of our patrons have planned some additional activities and meetups on Tuesday and Wednesday. You can find details for those events in the RHAP Bulletin at www.robhasawebsite.com/welcome

RHAP LIVE SHOW
Doors will open at 7pm at The Tribeca Performing Arts Center (199 Chambers St). Since seating is assigned, you do not need to line up early to get a better seat. We suggest getting there by 7:30 or so to give yourself enough time to get through security and to get settled as the show will start promptly at 8pm.

If you have tickets to the live show that you can no longer use, you can reach out to the box office and they will be able to help give you a full refund. Their number is 212-220-1460 ext. 3 and they are open Tuesday- Friday from 12-5pm.

Unfortunately, the after party is completely sold out. If you are no longer able to attend, please e-mail Sam More ASAP at sammorerhap@gmail.com. If you do have a ticket, you will be able to check in and pick up your wristband in the lobby of the theater.

SAFETY AMBASSADORS/ RHAP HELP LINE
In order to ensure a safe and fun experience for all, we have appointed a few "Safety Ambassadors" from the community to help out and assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise. The ambassadors are: Innessa Huot, Liska Savage & Nathan Fuhrer. If you are not familiar with them, we will be sure to introduce them before the show kicks off on Wednesday night.

Additionally, if you are unable to find any of them, we have an RHAP Help Line set up and ready to go! Feel free to text or call 914-341-2431 at any time if you need assistance!

You can also e-mail me at any point should you have any questions: rhapderek@gmail.comI

Can't wait to see you all soon!
