RHAP Chicago - Full Itinerary Details

We are so excited for our live show in Chicago next week! For those attending, we wanted to pass along some support info as well as a final schedule of everything that will be going on. Below are the only events and activities being directly organized by RHAP. There may be other event being organized by patrons, but they are not officially being sponsored or organized by RHAP. TUESDAY, MAY 7

6pm-10pm- Patron Meet & Greet

Emporium Arcade Bar- Logan Square

2363 N. Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

*There are multiple Emporium locations, make sure to go to the Logan Square location!!*

This is an arcade bar where all the patrons will be able to get together and hang out for a bit in a very relaxed environment. Even if you have not previously RSVP'd, you can still just show up!

There will also be an organized "Game Night" event happening here, participation optional of course. More details on that to come.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 8

1:20pm- Chicago Cubs vs San Diego Padres Game

7pm- RHAP Live Show
*6pm- Doors Open

Please note that this is a 7pm start time!!

We ask that you plan to arrive NO LATER than 6:45pm to ensure enough time to get through security for the start of the show. We also encourage you to eat prior to coming as there will be concessions available, but not full meals.

10pm- Live Show Afterparty

For those that have tickets to the afterparty, please check in and pick up your wristband AT THE THEATER. We will have a table set up right as you enter. To enter the after party, your wristband must be ON YOUR WRIST. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

If you have a ticket and are no longer able to attend, please let us know ASAP and we will refund your order!

Unfortunately, the bar can only hold 400 people, and we are completely sold out. The waitlist is over 100 people and at this point, only cancellations will result in any additional tickets becoming available. We ask that you please do not show up at the bar if you do not have a ticket as that will only make entering more hectic and will still end with the same result.

PATRON SUPPORT/ HELP

If you have any questions while we are in Chicago, we have set up a few ways for you to contact us and get connected with someone who will be able to assist you.

1) Support Phone Line- 347-559-8705. This number can be called or texted at any point during the trip and someone will be able to assist you with anything you may need at any point of the day.

2) The RHAP Safety Ambassadors. We have a few individuals at the event and after party who will be able to assist with anything as well. They will be dressed in bright colors and be introduced at the live show so you know exactly who to go to. The safety ambassadors are: Katy Becko, Natalie Franklin, Randy Knuppel & Stephanie Bourgeois.
