announcement: announcement graphic!

It features this character named Momo, who's made her appearance a few times already. I plan to eventually make variations of this graphic based on other characters from her universe.
Incidentally, I have a bunch of sketches of those characters to post, but not before coloring them first. I'll get to it before the end of the month.
