ILLUSTRATION DROP: THE LION OF THE REBELLION

As some of you know, Lars is my favourite Tekken character, ever since his debut in Tekken 6! I've been wanting to properly illustrate his latest outfit, but I also needed to draw him in a cool-ass pose!
I've been trying to find digital techniques that better compliment my style, and I feel this is a step in the right direction--my pencil lines are retained and the digital colours (mostly cell-shading and gradients) do the heavy lifting. I attempted this once before with the "White Rabbit Tifa" piece from earlier this year, and again with the Noctis pendant/tote bag design (update on that soon, btw).
For you Tekken enjoyers, you can treat yourself to a high-res download of the artwork--you get both the version you see above, and a variant that omits the ambient lighting effect!
(Also, these are in 300dpi so they are not in ultra 4k lmao)
