Not sure if anyone has said it but the music that played right before it all happened was the rains of castamere, its the Lannister song, and Robbs wolf could sense the danger which is why he wanted to get out

But, and this is a theory, not a spoiler, when you look back to when Tywin was sending letters, particularly the part when Cersei was asking him if they were doing everything they could to get Jaime back, my bet is he was writing to either Frey or Bolton trying to make deals with them. Why do you think Bolton was so adamant all of the sudden about getting Jaime back safely to Kings Landing ALIVE instead of sending him back to Robb? Btw I don’t think even Jaime was really aware of Bolton’s and Frey’s under-the-table deal with Tywin…or at least the full extent of it.

If you remember season 2 episode 9 before they went to war at blackwater bronn was singing it with the lannister soldiers. Thats why Cat knew something was off bcz she recognized the song.
