PROGRESS REPORT 4/4/22

Okay, actual progress report time! Here's the haps:

UPCOMING POSTS:  Tomorrow, I'll be dropping a new Cammy piece, and Mai Shiranui will be dropping sometime early next week. Giovanna will also likely drop next week as well.


BANDIT REVOLVER: Work has resumed on Bandit Revolver, and I'll be dropping new pages starting Saturday, April 16. My goal is to close out Episode 4 as there are only four pages remaining! I'll be starting work on Episode 5 shortly afterwards; the Episode cover will drop later this month! Please look forward to it!

MERCH: I'll be receiving some new pieces in the next week or so: the Sonic "That's No Good" pin, the Hello Noctis pin, and the I-No stickers! I'm already preparing the next batch of merch to be sent to production, including KOF charms and more Guilty Gear stickers. After this month, I'll be taking a break from designing merch so I can focus on comics and producing zines.

Based on the results of my recent poll, the majority of y'all would prefer to see more comic content. While these results did not influence my decision to take a break from making merch (a few folks have known about this as well as everyone who has been attending my streams), they do allow me to place more priority in comics. I'll be looking into making merch posts no more than twice a month (one for designs and one for finished products/showcases), so as to make more room to post comic and zine content. I know I just mentioned that there's a lot of fighting game content coming out; I'm finishing up my backlog, hence the increase in these posts for now. In the next week or so, however, the shift will return to largely comic based content. Speaking of...

ORIGINAL CONTENT: I'm slowly shifting towards working on original content, and in May thru June, I'll be focusing on working on content for my original comics. My goal is to have some progress to share by the end of June, and a new comic short or two by late summer. Currently I am focusing on layouts and rough drafts for two original titles, and working on character artwork for one of them. The content is coming, so please stay tuned!

REWARDS: One of the other things I'm going to make a point of is to get rewards out more regularly. One Youtuber I follow does a "postcard club" where they send a postcard to their patrons, and I think that could be a fun idea! In this case, it would be more like a custom greeting card with an exclusive illustration on it! Let me know if this is something y'all would be interested in!
I'm also going to work on another Noct + Prompto art pack that will release in late summer, and will work on an art pack for my fighting game supporters!
