So while you're waiting on new pages of BANDIT REVOLVER to drop, I thought I'd share an early illustration I made back when I was planning this comic out. If you look closely at the artwork, you'll see the signature reads "2017"--I thought I had been working on this comic since 2018, but I apparently started it three years ago!
This fancomic was going to be a very different story, being a Guilty Gear-inspired FFXV AU (hence the comic name for those of you who are fans of Guilty Gear). One of the early concepts involved Noct living as an outlaw, going so far as to "steal" his father's sword. A lot about this comic changed over the next few months as it evolved into a Versus XIII AU (some of which made it into the final cut, as you saw in young Noct's costume in the Prologue), and it was almost an IgNoct story at one point! It was after I discovered some particularly well-written fanfiction that it became the story it is now.
If the outfit looks familiar, it's more or less the outfit Noct wears in volume 1 of the comic.
