Halloween Sketch Re-Do

I've been picking at an old Halloween drawing that I was never quite happy with. Hoping to do a second, updated version that better captures the mood/aesthetic I was trying to nail. As usual I like a mild power reversal. Perhaps hands tied behind his back and whipping stripes on his bottom would add seasonal spice? I might have suggested a ball gag, but you drew his face beautifully!
