As usual I’m commenting as I watch- As soon as you said “whip scars” you’ve got me thinking Vernestra was Qimir’s master. She wants to handle it personally, huh? (Ok, yea, your brain went there too. I’m not crazy! 😄) Osha’s relationship to Sol explains why it would be narratively significant for the twins not to have a father particularly. Gender isn’t everything of course, we just notice them in a unique way.

Loved "The Stranger" in this episode - the dialogue and performance were phenomenal. Love hearing different (even if warped) perspectives on the Force like that. I'm doubling down in my "Sol ends up being the new Sith in the end" theory after this ep. They are really setting up Sol's darkness (which at this point, we pretty much know contributed to the massacre of the Coven). That might just lead to Osha feeling betrayed and that much more tempted and/ or Sol being the fall guy in the narrative so the Jedi don't find out about the Sith. But I think this series ends with Sol kneeling and a Sith (Qimir or someone else) having the closing line: "Arise, Darth Plagueis." If nothing else, it gives an easily comprehensible link between the twins' 'creation' and Plagueis creating life through the Force. (I don't *think* anything in Canon has locked in Plagueis being a Muun as in Legends.)

If that unknown planet ends up being Bal'demnic, I'll fully transcend this plane.

It makes sense, you constantly have a source of emotion flowing within you but the stillness of being a Jedi is what takes practice!

I love this episode so much. Learning more about the dark side. The nuanced idea that you have to keep up your skills to be on the light side, but not so for dark. All it takes is a spark of anger or twisted desire and you’re there. Speaks volumes about the human condition…
