New sengoku basara game
Added 2016-08-29 04:00:41 +0000 UTCas far as the game system, here is what i have so far. there will be a map with a grid layout. the main objective will be to kill the last boss, in addition to that there will be a set amount of enemies that i will be controlling on the same map. every enemy will be worth some points or a prize, im still working on that mechanic so the prizes do not clog up how long it takes me to draw pages. there will be a combat system similar to the dragons quest games. you and the enemy choose to either attack or defend. if both players choose the same option then it will result in a stalemate which means either side can break off from combat if they please. but if one side chooses defend and the other player chooses attack then the attacking player always wins. each player has a infinite amount of energy while the enemies that i will be controlling have a set amount of health points and value for prizes. i hope that makes sense. please leave any questions in the comments section.

can't recall my logic to my previous idea due to alcholol. rock pprer scissors is probabbly the way to go. what i will probabbly do next is work on the points system. as there will be more prizes this time around i will make sure it is not too much work so you guys dont have to wait too long for rounds. i like how D did his fairy tail game in a comic format., i will consider that approach.

2016-08-29 08:39:06 +0000 UTCTheres one problem with the battle part, no one will bother defending if attack always wins. Basically the player cant get damaged. How about Rock-Paper-Scissor format but Attack-Defend-Wild Attack, Attack>Defend, Defend>Wild Attack, Wild Attack>Attack, Same choices, Aka 'Clash' result in option to retreat.
