November 20 Patched IC Test Release!

We were made aware by some of you on Discord that the Chain Splicer's chains weren't appearing in H scenes in this latest release. I've updated the November 20 test release download links with a patched version that fixes this. We've also fixed one other potentially nasty bug (shown with the ** symbol).
Changelog
- The Chain Splicer's chains now appear during H scenes.
- ** Fixed an integer overflow issue that could result in the Wave # rolling over into the negatives if the player set the wave to a very high value via console.
