Transition to the Monthly Format Complete!

Hey everyone! 

This post is to inform you that we’ve completed the transition of our campaign to the monthly format.  This means a few things:

• We’ve lowered the reward tier costs proportionally since patrons will now be charged monthly, but also changed/added some rewards.  Please update your pledge amount and selected reward as soon as possible!  Changing only your pledge amount will not select one of the edited/new reward tiers for you, so be sure to do that as well.  Patreon will not do this for you automatically.
• We intended to use Patreon’s new “charge upfront” feature, which would allow new patrons to access their digital rewards instantly from the Patreon feed.  I apologize to new patrons, because very disappointingly we instead had a last minute wrench thrown in our plans by the Patreon overlords and are now awaiting re-entry into the beta for the feature.  This means that until this happens…
• All pledge rewards will be sent out via message at the beginning of each month. 
• Inner Circle updates will no longer be done via the private forums, and instead will now be posted weekly to the Patreon activity feed. 

The first billing using the new format will occur on November 1.  Again, please make sure to update your pledge and selected reward appropriately before then!

Lastly, I'd like to point out that we've added a goal of hiring an additional character designer/animator to the team in the event we reach the $16k per month mark in order to help speed up development.  Even if you can't help us out with this, please consider spreading the word about the new model to help us reach this goal!  We feel that a lot of people who may already know about the project will be interested in the lower entry points for rewards.

Again, I want to apologize to new patrons for not currently being able to provide instant access to the pledge rewards.  I’m incredibly disappointed that we weren’t notified by Patreon regarding such an important change to our account, and will be doing my best to make this available for you as soon as possible.
