Seven Sins System Chapter 552. She’s Not For Sale!

Seven Sins System Chapter 552. She’s Not For Sale!

Asmo clapped his hands again, clearly eager to keep the momentum going. "Alright, everyone. The night’s still young, and we’ve got plenty more surprises in store!"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," I muttered, waving a hand dismissively. "Just make it fast."

Asmo ignored my lack of enthusiasm and snapped his fingers with dramatic flair. This time, another succubus appeared on stage, her arrival accompanied by a soft, ethereal glow. She wasn’t dressed provocatively or flaunting her body like the others had. Instead, she stood there serenely, holding a strange harp-like instrument. She plucked the strings delicately, and a haunting melody filled the room, the kind of tune that made my eyelids feel heavier with every passing second.

I blinked, fighting off the sudden wave of drowsiness, and gave her a flat stare. "I think I know who this is for."

Glancing over at Belp, I wasn’t even surprised to find his torch already lit, the flame flickering lazily. He hadn’t even moved or opened his eyes, but the choice was obvious. The succubus stepped down from the stage, her movements as smooth and fluid as the melody she was playing, and approached Belp’s chair. She stood beside him, humming softly now, her voice like a lullaby crafted specifically for a Lord of Sloth.

Luci leaned back in his chair, crossing one leg over the other. "So predictable," he said, his voice dripping with boredom.

"Too predictable," I agreed, shaking my head slightly. The succubus placed her harp on the floor and leaned in closer to Belp, her hums softening into something almost hypnotic. Belp let out a contented sigh, still hugging his pillow like it was the most important thing in existence.

I turned my attention back to Asmo, who was grinning proudly, his expression practically screaming, ‘See? I told you I know what I’m doing.’

"Let me guess," I said, arching an eyebrow. "Next up is Mammon, right? Are you going to give him a girl dressed in a money costume? Or—" I glanced at Levi, who was still scrolling through his phone, "—a demoness with a gaming screen for Levi?"

Asmo smirked, clearly enjoying himself. "Oh, you’ll see," he said cryptically, clapping his hands once more.

The room darkened slightly, and the stage began to glow faintly. A figure emerged from the shadows, her very presence commanding attention. She wasn’t just another succubus. No, this one was different. Her skin shimmered like pure gold, her body adorned with intricate patterns of diamonds, emeralds, and rubies that seemed to grow from her like a second skin. She moved gracefully, her steps soft yet deliberate, and the air around her carried an aura of both seduction and danger.

I blinked, sitting up a little straighter in my chair. Even Luci, usually the epitome of boredom, straightened his posture and raised an intrigued eyebrow.

"Is that…?" I started to ask, my voice trailing off as I tried to process what I was seeing.

Asmo leaned forward slightly, his grin widening. "Oh, yeah. That’s her."

"The demonic nymph of seduction and greed," Luci muttered, his tone a mix of surprise and disbelief. "She was a legend in the mortal realm before the war."

"And she’s supposed to be reclusive," I added, frowning slightly. "The fact that she’s here means…"

"Means I went above and beyond for this party," Asmo finished smugly, leaning back in his chair. "You’re welcome."

The nymph stepped onto the center of the stage, her body gleaming in the dim light like a living treasure. Her movements were slow and deliberate, each step exuding an aura of confidence and allure that was almost hypnotic. She didn’t speak, but her presence was enough to command the attention of everyone in the room.

Even Mammon, who had been muttering something about the price of enchanted cookware, fell silent. His eyes widened slightly as he stared at the nymph, his usual smugness replaced by something that almost looked like awe.

"She’s… magnificent," Mammon said, his voice uncharacteristically soft.

"Magnificent and expensive," Luci added dryly, though even he couldn’t hide his interest.

I glanced at Asmo, still frowning. "How did you convince her to come here? She’s not exactly the type to show up at a party like this."

Asmo grinned, clearly pleased with himself. "Let’s just say I have my ways."

"You bribed her, didn’t you?" I said, narrowing my eyes.

Asmo’s grin widened. "A good host never reveals his secrets."

The nymph began to move, her body gliding across the stage like liquid gold. Her presence was overwhelming, a perfect blend of elegance and danger that made it impossible to look away. Even Levi, who had been glued to his phone all night, finally put the device down and looked up, his eyes widening slightly as he took in the sight.

"Okay," Levi muttered under his breath. "That’s… unexpected."

Mammon, meanwhile, was practically drooling. "She’s worth more than half the treasures in the underworld," he muttered, his eyes glued to the nymph. His voice carried an edge of reverence, as though he were staring at the most valuable artifact ever created. Which, for Mammon, she probably was.

The room held its collective breath as Mammon’s hand hovered over the torch next to him. He hesitated for just a moment, savoring the anticipation before letting a small pulse of demonic energy flare into the torch. The fire roared to life instantly, casting a greedy glow across Mammon’s smug face.

"Figures," Luci muttered, swirling his wine without even looking. "Of course, the Lord of Greed would go for the shiny one."

Asmo’s grin widened, but there was a flicker of something more serious in his expression. "Mammon," he said with a warning tone, leaning forward slightly. "Don’t sell her. She’s not for sale. And I expect her back after tonight."

Mammon waved a hand dismissively, still transfixed by the nymph, who now glided toward him with the grace of molten gold. "Relax, Asmo. I’ll return her. Probably."

I muttered under my breath, "I doubt it."
