This update is the first in a series of anatomy updates that aim to improve shapes, textures, bending, and more across all of the SimpleGens family of body parts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SimplePenis 2.0 features improvements, fixes and changes that necessitated creating a brand-new file. It is NOT a replacement for SimplePenis 1.0, and your sims will not automatically be equipped with the new version.
FEATURES & DETAILS:
1) 4 penis sizes (XSm, Sm, Md, Lrg), 2 scrotums, (High, Low), 3 foreskin styles (Uncut, Retracted, Cut).
2) Improved meshes for better quality anatomy, including updated shapes for the glans, shaft, testicle, buttocks and groin.
3) Improved textures offer a more realistic appearance and better seams. I've improved seams between the scrotum and anus, and used a new method to minimize seams at further camera distances.
4) Better bending and movement in a variety of animations, especially focusing on the inner thighs, buttocks, hips, and legs.
5) Color overlays are better organized and offer more options. I separated the glans overlay from the other overlays, to allow for more customization (you can pick a glans overlay and any other shaft/scrotum overlay) as well as reduce the number of overlays required; I added 12 new swatches to each overlay to better match a variety of skintones; and I moved the color overlays to the Body Skin Details, to free up slots in Face Skin Details. There are now 7 overlays with 20 swatches each, and an additional overlay with 15 swatches.
6) Small textures allow for better compatibility with CC skins.
7) CAS penises are more compact and easier to navigate. I've combined multiple penises under a single catalog entry, which greatly reduces the number of penises you have to scroll through in CAS. All penises in CAS are now categorized into 4 entries based on scrotum style and erection state: High Scrotum/Soft, High Scrotum/Hard, Low Scrotum/Soft, Low Scrotum/Hard. Within each CAS entry, penises are ordered by size and foreskin style.
8) More scrotum and foreskin options offer customization last seen in RealGens. I added the higher testicles and retracted foreskin options back, to offer more choice for your sims' genitals as well as (hopefully) convince more players to switch to SimplePenis 2.0. You can keep using RealGens, but it's outdated and won't receive new feature upgrades.
9) Fifteen optional testicle overlays for greater body customization. I added texture overlays that let you change the appearance of your sim's testicles: 1 smooth overlay, and 7 further overlays that come in lighter/darker variants to blend with a variety of skintones and colors. These are compatible with the 2.0 Simple Penis as well as 2.0 Simple Penis Exclusive designs. The overlays can be found in the Body Skin Details section of CAS and are categorized as Body Freckles.
I've really tried to improve on every aspect of the penises, from appearance to movement to CAS options, and I hope you feel that SimplePenis 2.0 is an upgrade from previous versions! There are quite a few pictures in the post, but I encourage you to check them out to see all the improvements - or better yet, download them and give them a whirl in your game!

Files included are separated by folder into required and optional.

Contains all base male 2.0 penises. Also includes a CAS default (cut medium high scrotum), which will appear when you remove lower clothing items in CAS.

Makes the Soft Medium Cut High Testicles version of the 2.0 penis appear when you remove upper clothing items in CAS.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1) Will you add other sizes?
Not immediately. I know I will be asked about this, and it's not a firm no, but I intend to complete other anatomy options and updates (vaginas, unique penises converted to 2.0, werewolf penises, etc) before adding any other sizes.
2) Will there be animated orifices in SimplePenis 2.0?
I've been asked about this, and I'm not opposed in principle, but it's not the top of my priority list right now. Like with the sizes, I want to complete other updates first.
3) Are these penises compatible with SimMotion?
Yes.
4) Can I use condoms with these penises?
Yup! You can grab an updated version of my Smooth Sensations condom from the link in my masterpost.
5) Are overlays from previous penises compatible with SimplePenis 2.0?
No. Part of the improvements for textures/overlays included mapping the penises in a way that means 1.0 and 2.0 overlays can't be used on the other penises (eg you can't put a 1.0 overlay on a 2.0 penis, or a 2.0 overlay on a 1.0 penis).
6) Are these available for female sims?
Not yet, but a female version of SimplePenis 2.0 will be added in the future!
7) Can I request a different CAS default than the one provided?
Yes you can. Custom CAS default add-ons will be provided in the comments and not attached to the post (to avoid confusing users).
If there are major issues or simple changes needed, I'll update the files. Otherwise, feature development is going to be a lower priority while I work on other anatomy projects.

CHANGELOG:
2025-09-14: Added XSmall penis sizes. I was recently commissioned to create a few XSMall penis options, so I decided to expand and add the rest of the 2.0 foreskin/testicle options for a full set of XSmall penises. There are 6 soft XSmall penises and 6 hard XSmall penises in total (when the foreskin and testicle options are taken into account). There's a preview image of some of these options at the top of the post.
The penises are fully compatible with my existing color overlays and testicle overlays. As the new smallest penis size, the XSmall show up as the first option under the CAS icons and at the top of the Body Selector List.
2025-07-14: Made the package dependent on my BodySelectorList mod in order to see the penises in the WW Body Selector in game. You'll need to install the mod at this link: https://www.patreon.com/posts/134124842
2025-06-22: Separated the CAS default (the anatomy you see when removing clothes in CAS) from the Base file. The CAS Default is now a standalone package that can be found inside the zip file in the "2 - Optional" folder.
You should replace the existing Base package in your /Mods folder with the updated version from today, and if you want to use my optional CAS default, simply install that file in the same place where you have the Base package.
2024-09-07: Made a number of changes to the color overlays, including:
- Changed color overlay #4 to soften a hard texture seam at the edge of the glans. I try to very rarely make changes that alter your sims' appearance, but I think the edge of this overlay looked bad and needed to be improved. Due to texture changes, I recommend only using overlay #4 on cut and retracted foreskin styles.
- I also added a second version of the #4 overlay designed specifically for uncut penises. The uncut version comes directly after the cut version in CAS, and uses an uncut penis in the icon.
- You can see a picture of the original overlay versus the new cut/uncut overlays at the end of the pictures section of the post.
- Finally, because the #4 overlay and the glans-only overlay were supposed to provide full coverage (but never really did due to the soft edges of the glan soverlay), I've added a new actual full coverage overlay that covers the glans, shaft, testicles and part of the groin.
2024-08-21: Made the penises unavailable for werewolves. Werewolf penises are available in a separate post (accessed via the Collections tab, the Master Post, or the main feed).
2024-07-22: Corrected testicle overlays still showing up for sims with a feminine frame. Corrected CAS thumbnails for female sims with a masculine frame.
2024-07-16: Corrected testicle overlays so they no longer show up for sims with a feminine frame (since there's no female penis 2.0 yet). Added darker versions of 7 of the 8 testicle overlays (excluding smooth) to work better with darker skintones and color overlays.
2024-06-26: Added eight testicle texture overlays (as detailed in point 9 under Features, or in the final preview picture).
2024-02-23: Added a new color overlay with 15 ombre swatches (five color sets in three intensities).
2023-12-03: Changed the penis color overlay thumbnails to match other 2.0 content and more closely mimic official Maxis details. I also re-ordered the swatches so the default thumbnail is for a darker overlay, making it easier to immediately distinguish overlay styles from each other.
2023-11-18: Altered the zip file's internal folder structure to match other downloads.

Hey! I've thought about this, actually, but I wasn't sure if it was something anyone wanted. I wouldn't change the existing versions to make them shiny, but I'm open to the possibility of an optional overlay that people can use. I think it would potentially have some visual conflict with my condoms, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't work at all - it might just look a little glitchy (but only while using a condom). If I can make something I'm happy with visually, then sure, I can add this 👍

2026-02-13 14:43:38 +0000 UTCHey! I'm okay, thank you, and you? You don't *have* to use WW for the penises to work in your game, but they will work differently. Without WW, you can still put a penis on a sim as part of an outfit, and then switch them to that outfit whenever you want them to be "nude". Unfortunately, the game has no way to recognize a specific penis for a sim by default, so if your sim gets in the shower or skinny dips or anything, they won't show the penis you picked in CAS as the nude "outfit". If you do want to use the penises without WW, you'll need a rig override in your game so that it can tell that the sim skeleton includes a penis. I don't have one of those files myself, but there's one that was created by another user that you can download and use. You can grab it here: https://simfileshare.net/download/4856735/ Just pop it in your /Mods folder and it will ensure that the penises move in the correct way. All of my existing penises can be used in CAS as an "outfit", and SimMotion and my custom clothing all work without WW. It'll just be a slightly different experience to using the penises with WW. The two things you'd be missing without WW are the piercings (because those are picked via the WW body selector menu), and condoms - which are really only use for the animations that you don't want to have anyway. 2026-01-26 14:55:37 +0000 UTCHey! A mesh is a 3D shape, while a texture is 2D. Most body hair that creators offer is 2D, although I think there are some who have offered 3D options (but I've never used them so I can't really say how well they work and what their compatibility issues are). Some 2D body hairs will have issues with hair showing up in unexpected places depending on how the creator painted the hair. For example, if a creator chooses to add body hair to the same part of the texture where I've placed the glans texture, those two will overlap (which sounds like the issue you're describing). The only solution is to use a body hair that won't conflict. Your options will include asking another creator to edit their body hair; if you're using WW body hair, to download my WW hair override (https://www.patreon.com/posts/wickedwhims-male-48816564) which somewhat fixes the issue; or using the body hair I've designed. Sorry there isn't a better fix for the issue!

If you're having trouble seeing them, you may want to try re-downloading the file from this post. If you don't have the Skin Details sub-category, it may be that your game isn't patched to include that category (although it was added a while ago, to my knowledge, so it doesn't require the most recent patch).

It's especially weird that you're continuing to see it when you have very few other mods in your game. Usually this kind of texture issue is resolved with my skintone overrides file. Is the issue happening with all skintones? I ask because the game had some new skintones added recently for non-humans (greens, blues, etc) that I need to add to my skintone overrides for them to show the color correctly, so if it's one of those that might be the issue. Also, have you tried checking the problem without WW/MCCC installed? Neither of those should cause a problem, but it would be helpful to know if you're experiencing a problem with just my content installed or whether some other kind of conflict is happening somewhere.

Since patch 1.117.227.1030, I'm getting blacked out penises and testicles whether I'm using a standard 2.0, exclusive, pierced, or chastity (the cage is colored but the penis inside is blacked out). The only way to get them to not be blacked out is by adding Penis Vitiligo. I've been troubleshooting this for a couple days. Today, I removed and re-downloaded all of your mods, updated WW and MCCC, then removed all my mods other mods and just kept the 3, but the issue continued. I don't see anyone else complaining about this, so I'm thinking I'm missing something but I can't for the life of me figure it out. The list of your mods that I have installed is...extensive. But I for sure have everything in the SimpleGens 2.0 collection, SimMotion, Penis Vitiligo, Male Groin Overlay, Default Skintone Overrides and Default Skin Replacements.

I haven't really looked at my sims getting in/out of the shower since the fairy patch dropped so I haven't noticed this issue myself, but I'll do some investigating and see if I can replicate the problem in my game (and hopefully then correct it). Whenever I have the CAS default package installed some of my sims will be using that penis whenever they change into their bathing outfit, and I am unable to have them use the penis that is assigned in the WW body part selector. They use the correct, assigned part when undressing and during sex. Removing the CAS default package completely fixes the issue.

The 2.0 contains the base file, with a variety of penises with size/foreskin/testicle options. The 2.0 Exclusives contains penises that are unique and different to the standard options. If you want to use both files, simply add both packages to your /Mods location.

Yes, any custom CAS Defaults I've offered still work, and if you'd prefer to use one of those instead of the Default that's in the zip file, that's okay to do and shouldn't cause any issues. The Default that's in the zip from today (June 22 2025) has an older date because that's the date it was originally created and then bundled in with the other files to make the Base package. It's the exact same file, it's just on its own now.

2024-09-21 21:16:53 +0000 UTCHmm, that's strange. There's another flag, called "DefaultforBodyTypeMale", which is what I have set on the CAS default that's included with the base file. I haven't changed anything about that default file in years, so I don't understand why it would suddenly stop working! If you'd like, I can make you a file that has both flags set that should hopefully continue to work going forward, just let me know which size/foreskin/scrotum you'd prefer!

I'm running today's version of the SimplePenis 2.0 base file and the public WW release from August 14th. I just checked CAS and my sims strip to a Simdulgence penis a) when I remove clothing and b) when I go into the Body subsections such as tattoos, body hair, etc. If you're still experiencing the issue, can you: 1) Check that WW is not in a priority folder in your /Mods location 2) Try with the public WW release if you're using a private/Patreon build 3) Delete my penis base file and re-install it to see if that fixes the issue Just some thoughts off the top of my head. If none of those three is the solution or helps in any way, let me know. I'll try to fix the issue if I can, but I can't investigate much because I can't reproduce the issue in my game right now. Sorry I don't have an immediate answer, but hopefully we can get it sorted out!

In CAS and in-game, it gets stretched out - which means, that the tip of the penis is actually attached to a fixed position in (e.g. in CAS slightly to the right), stretching the rest from the body to the tip, destroying the visuals. I'm using latest version of CC and Sims, SimMotion (problem also persists without), no WW since it's broken at the time. Do you have any idea how to fix that? Also, is there a possibility to change the CAS-default from cut to uncut? Cheers!

Some body hair from other creators uses the texture space where most of the genitals get placed, which means that different creators' body parts can cause hair to show up in places you wouldn't expect. You can try this file out and see if it helps solve the issue - it was originally created for older penis models, but because it alters the hair (and not the penis), it should still work. https://www.patreon.com/posts/wickedwhims-male-48816564

2024-07-18 10:59:49 +0000 UTCHi! I'm running both of the same file versions as you and I still have a SimplePenis CAS default showing up in my game (just checked). Is it possible that you've renamed the files, or placed the WW file in a priority folder? The game will read packages in alphabet order (on a Windows PC) and use the one it finds first, so this file needs to come before the WW one. If you've renamed packages so the SimplePenis one comes second, or placed WW in a priority folder to give it preference, the game will read the WW file and use that CAS default. Hopefully changing one of the two options above will fix the issue for you. If not, let me know!

I can still select each bottom as 'clothing' from CAS and the body selector tool, so everything else appears to be working. I'm using the June 26 version of SimplePenis2.0 and WickedWhims v180b. I remember it working several months ago on earlier versions, any thoughts? Thanks!

2024-06-27 06:01:25 +0000 UTCI tried to extract just the soft SimplePenis Small Cut - Scrotum High piece of CC from the simdulgence_SimplePenis2_Base package so I could create a new add-on package. But I don't know my way around Sims 4 Studio well enough for that. So I made one more adjustment to the modification I'd made before, adding "flaccid" to the name of the hard version (still keeping the ID of the soft version.) That allows me to see what I'm doing when I select it using WW's anatomy selector. It all works very well. My sim stays delightfully soft even when she's having sex (including masturbation.) It turned out to be enough of a solution (you provide plenty of other hard penises, so there's no shortage. Thank you again for all your work.

I modified the simdulgence_SimplePenis2_Base package in Sims4Studio and gave the same CAS part id of the soft SimplePenis Small Cut - Scrotum High to the hard version of the same penis. Then I gave the hard and soft versions to my mtf who's early in transition. She remained soft while having sex and it looked good almost all of the time (strange deformation of the scrotum in at least one position, but nothing that I was concerned about.) Thanks for great work (though I'm still hoping for a testicle-less small dick for my sims one day.

I'm not seeing this issue in my game - I'm currently using the 2.0 penises on numerous sims and my game is fully patched and up to date. As a general rule of thumb, these don't need to be updated for game patches (unless the patch drastically alters the way clothing works, which hasn't happened in a while). By any chance are you using a patreon/private build of WW?

Thank you for your hard work, but I think this is broken. 1.0 and 2.0 are causing my game to crash and a lot of glitching/teleporting sims. I switched to 1.0 then 2.0 and back and both versions are causing crashes. Once I remove them, I have no issues. Have they been updated for the newest patch? Because I'd love to continue using them. They're my favorite.

Whether or not I have Wicked Whims (Full) or not lol, does nothing to stop me loving your work though, just wish I could also have it in a Non-WW Context sometimes

Off the top of my head, there are three things I can think of that would possibly cause a problem like this: 1) Renaming my files so they come after WW files alphabetically 2) Placing WW files in a priority folder 3) Playing on a Mac The file in this post comes with a CAS default bundled with the mod, so the default should show up when you strip a sim in CAS. But the game will read and load mods in alpha order, so if any of the above are true it could cause the game to read them in a different order and see WW's as the default instead of mine (I say number 3 because I've been told that the game reads mods in the reverse order on a Mac). If none of those issues apply to you, let me know. Otherwise, hopefully one of them fixes the problem!

Game & WW are updated, cache cleared and tried with both Simple Penis 2 & SimpleGens 1 on their own/both in mods-folder but I still only get the default WW body parts to show up in CAS as default.

The overlays are under the Body Skin Details - the Body area where you choose things like skin color, tattoos, body hair, etc. Skin Details is the second from bottom subcategory (right above Medical Wearables). I'm pretty sure there are some base game skin details for the body, so they should show up if your game is up-to-date with patches from the last few months. Let me know if you need more help!

For example, just sent a sim to the shower and he undressed as expected and showed the penis I had selected for him. Are you using a private/Patreon version of WickedWhims? If I click undress completely, the animation would show, but then they only stripped down to shorts, t shirt, and shoes. All sims were ending up in the same outfit. When I took the default file out, it went back to working normally.

For some reason, the textures are not showing up on these penises, and instead they just appear as all-black silhouettes with a sliver or two of their actual texture. I don't have any clothing mods or mods other than your skin replacements that should effect textures. Do you have a possible fix I could try out? Thanks so much! There may be a slight color mismatch at the top of the groin, based on looking at the difference between 1.0 and 2.0, but I'm aiming to correct that with an optional skin detail overlay.

2023-11-19 22:46:22 +0000 UTCAny sims who have it equipped in your game will probably revert to a default WW penis or a pair of undewear if they had a penis as clothing - at least that's happened to sims in my game when I was yanking files out to test the new ones. You can then equip chosen 2.0 penises on sims as and when you want. Your game shouldn't break or experience any other issues.
