2023-01-31 18:20:34 +0000 UTCSo you seem a bit confused on how OFA works. Originally AFOโs brother seemed quirkless, so AFO gave OFA a stockpiling quirk. But OFA actually had the ability transfer his quirk to someone else. So mixed with the quirk AFO gave him, he could pass on the stockpiling quirk along with the passing on quirk. Over generations the stockpiling quirk got stronger, so if itโs given to someone with an ability, that personโs ability gets stronger as well. Same with Blackwhip. It had a multiplier put into it. Thatโs why in the Two Heroes movie, once bakugo got OFA his explosion quirk was so much bigger.
