For so many shows and movies, if you take the music out of the emotional scenes, the scenes don't feel emotional anymore. Literally, try searching on YouTube for tv scenes with the music removed. That's one of the things that I absolutely love about this episode because there is absolutely no music until the very end, but it's still one of the most emotional episodes in the entire show. That just speaks to how well written the show is because it's able to draw such intense emotions from the viewers just from dialogue.

2022-10-17 04:14:39 +0000 UTCI wouldn't say he is "way behind", at this stage he is a proven strategist multiple times over, has shown leadership skills. Sure hes not as charismatic and we have only seen him and Erwin fighting a couple times so hard to judge that really, both of them willing to lay down there lives to make there plan work although Erwin had to be convinced by Levi to follow through. Also he is only 16 with so much room for growth where as Erwin is 39 arguably past his prime. I betting man would definitely go Armin and as this show has shown you have to take risky bets!

2022-07-28 15:09:15 +0000 UTCI feel like in the Erwin vs Armin debate people only focus on that they are equally smart but forget that Armin is way behind in leadership, charisma, military strategies and fighting abilities. For me it would be an Erwin no brainer based on past merits, but considering the fact that Erwin wouldn't have anything to drive him forward after seeing the basement makes Armin the correct choice
