I remastered this just now so it can go to spotify etc. pure ambient. the word "nänmëë" basically means this trancelike, lucid dreaming state. a feeling I associated with the imagery I tried to capture, things like dreamscapes, vast open landsapes, nighttime. this album literally means "night" (this is a really old version of a language I had been inventing since 2013) the language was really primitive back then. it's the same language that today I made trhä songs like "mã Héshiva". "notöna" does not mean "night" anymore but at least back then it did. on the bandcamp I had written ""Nänmëë" translates to a state of wakeful slumber, in which lucidly inner dreams and emotions transcend into the vastness of dreamscapes and sentient atmospheres"
"Damskänänmëë" meant "dusk nänmëë", basically this "nänmëë" feeling associated with night. very inspired by the feeling I felt on the top of a montreal skyscraper on a summer night
"Lôczälãgä Ëvëdsérhdätealkvi" means "black lake dark green cold". I imagined a lake in the middle of the night and the cold feeling of the dark green subwater. these words are still mostly the same today except for "lãgä" which is a terrible word for lake. fun fact: in Hadlhaj (which is a branch of this language over many many years of evolution) some of these words are similar. "loca" is black in hadlhaj, and "ëvëd" is dark (in the sense that a color tone is dark). "qet" is cold, which originates from ancient "tealkvi"
"thëlën" means "within" and it's still the word I use in this language

I've started a list, every time I learn a new word in Hadlhaj it's like a small discovery :)
