i won’t go deep into overt detail about this song as it’s extremely personal and sentimental to me. i wrote it in 2018 along with the rest of the demo 4 tracks . this song is like the wistful longing for something absolutely precious in my distant past , a certain memory that feels almost forgotten but burning all the same. ive always found myself yearning for memories that i don’t even have, that are just daydreaming , but still feel like they linger somewhere deep inside me. i just feel empty and sad sometimes because of it
