Audible fucked up even more than usual though; it was pre-ordered using a credit, but upon release, they sent an email saying payment was declined, sending me to an account page that pointed out a long-expired VISA. One that hasn't been used in years, let alone used to pay for books (or credits). The credit had been refunded and I could buy it again then and there. If that issue is widespread, you might see some weirdness with pre-orders.
