Patreon issue

Its been a topic for a while and i will do my part in addressing it :

NEVER USE IOS IN APP PURCHASE :

bad for the creators=

-The fund you paid through this mean are withhold for 75 frickin days !!

bad for you the viewer(actually the most important part)=

-YOU NEED TO PAY 30% MORE !! and its not including the patreon VAT

for instance, i got two new member recently that pay using IOS in app purchase
one person that paid for T2 ended up paying 14.50$ for a 10$ tier !!! the extra 4.50$ went to VAT+IOS charge

one person that pay for tier 1 ended up paying 4.50$...that is almost as much as paying a 5$ tier minus the patreon fee............

This issue is extremely predatory not to only us creator but also the viewer/consumer, if you want to sub to any other creator, please for the love of god do it in the browser ( if u own ios device)

i knew a patreon creator that need to wait 75 days to cash out his 2000$.........that's absurd and stupid.......this post is in order to raise awareness of what currently happen in patreon..

we refer to it as (creator-hostile environment).......if you read up to here, i appreciate your time!
