Yeah, it did cover a lot of the same ground, and I feel like making more of a difference between accepting Sadness as a helpful emotion and mitigating Anxiety as an unhelpful state would have been thematically more interesting. I feel like anxiety is never really useful or good, and it makes the movie feel a little muddled in that sense. But meeting it at where it wants to be, the movie is still really good.

Would have liked something a bit different and original with the plot as its the same theme as the first one really
