After the Alphyn Letter incident, Rema and Dusk discover their order, Ematus Sercia has been working alongside Survhal, Isalme's current enemies, from the shadows. Mila is meanwhile visited by a ghost from Miriam's past, claiming to be able to reunite he with her real mother. The separation is inevitable and bonds o family and loyalty will be tested. Meanwhile, Captain "Grey" Magus is requested for a special mission from King Belniere; find any clues of the missing prince, missing for some years after an assassination attempt upon the he and the Queen.
