Final Line story summary

This story involves the Dennew people called Bermen, Huema that live in the subterra. This particular group of hunters and warriors that, I'll avoid giving away major worldbuilding reveals, protect specific passages that contain immensely dense wells of abyss. These wells produce the horrifying abyssal creatures making their way through the passages, seemingly to the surface as always the same route.
The main character is a younger Ghiden before his time on the surface as a wondering sellsword. There are other characters that do not appear in other stories, well-- maybe one of them, a Aerolyte engineer that is in part responsible for the level of technology the Berman possess.
