As a medium-experienced Blender sculptor I like this rough videos that give me tons of ideas 🥰 Could you maybe make a small tutorial on making transparent, glossy geometry like for the eyes? I tried the glass shader but it just slows my machine down so much and gives not really good results.

2024-06-14 01:31:02 +0000 UTCThey are super useful still, because when you record for the tutorials you even sound different! The tutorials usually show us what idea and implementation you settled on but in here we see a bit of your thought process getting there and it's extremely handy.

2024-06-13 10:35:33 +0000 UTCThanks for the feedback. I should be more clear that the videos on this wall are not intended to be tutorials. The learning materials are delivered to inboxes each month. The videos here are more of 'behind-the-scenes' type video of the progress made with the YouTube content.

2024-06-13 10:33:18 +0000 UTCI agree, for the noobs like me, I have no idea what your talking about and hope the next gumroad episodes get into the head, rigging and retopology and what that is and how to do it...

2024-06-13 02:20:58 +0000 UTCRough videos are fine, I think. The important bit (for me) is you talking through the high level of the process: at which point you decided you need a retopo, did you have to set up the rig all over again, how much into detail do you go before figuring that A-pose isn't capturing the detail the way you need.
