Shameful update
Added 2019-07-22 09:17:12 +0000 UTCMy computer screen cracked while travelling, making the bottom half of the screen completely invisible and hard to work with. It doesn't help that I'm not home at the moment. I don't know when I'll be able to fix it but as the poll made clear, I'll start working on the video on Baudrillard and the Matrix as soon as I do. Sorry about the delay. Obviously, if you have any tips for fixing the screen, let me know. I hope you're having a nice summer.

i joined the community in just the right time now that you have a Baudrillard and the Matrix video planned. Earlier this year I finally read Simulacra & Simulation. Although it was quite difficult to comprehend in a lot of areas, there were some very interesting takeaways from the book and definitely a mind opening experience. I read Nihilism & Technology after that which I really enjoyed as well. Your videos have made me realize that I want to start reading the post modernists. Will be an interesting journey i'm sure!

Some of the screens can run upwards of $300 for parts alone though. You can usually find them on amazon but worst case scenario you can almost always find parts on ebay.
