'Crushed' Storyboard

Hello everyone! Happy December!

Here are the sketches for the last short 'Crushed.' If you notice the final short is a bit shorter than what was planned, mostly because it was funnier that way-- I will always try to favor brevity! The other reason is that in order to have Merlin's hand in front of the giant, I had to keyframe a mask around it as it came up to tell noble knight not to move and as it gradually turned into a thumbs up. After a few hours of keyframing, I noticed that it was just distracting because if the masking wasn't exactly perfect, frames would show his beard or robe peeking through from behind (see screenshot). So instead, I re-shot Merlin delivering the line with his hands at his side, which I think worked for the better!
