EARLY ACCESS: TERFs Are Wrong About Biological Sex

2021-12-23 22:06:13 +0000 UTCI really loved this. tbh I went in a little bit like "hmm more terf stuff blegh" but came out of it surprised at the insight and language of how TERFs operate discursively. Moreover, the whole bit about cis women performing femininity and the "you're the one passing" thing felt like total revelations even though it feels like something I already know. It's helpful for me and my dysphoria to stop and say, hey cis women have to construct themselves too, not in the same way granted, but there's no such thing as moving through the gendered world effortlessly. Rather, some have more practice and do it without calling attention to themselves. Oh and also this video was hilarious and you were ON FIRE with the quips
