Exclusive or Early Access SFW? Just NSFW?

I want to get your input on the focus of the content here on Patreon.
My current thoughts are to make the audios on Patreon ONLY NSFW and exclusive SFW, meaning that there would be no early access to the content on Youtube. It would mean less posts from here but also a bit more focused direction and less spams in your email :)
Is this a good idea, or no?
Please don't be afraid that you're going to hurt my feelings, I want you honest opinion!

So I think you should post to both types of content here, but from the available answers and from a work load/ up load perspective I guess sfw YouTube only and nsfw here. Just my 2¢ cents, you're doing great content keep it up. Thanks Sarah.
