Happy New Year 2025!

Well, 2024 is almost over, and what a year it was!

it was full of highs and lows. Thanks, God, the highs were more: I had one more year the job I love, I had YOU as my followers and supporters that gave me the kind of emotional (and yes, economical, too) boost I needed to keep my mind sane; my lovely wife, my pets, my family and a new family member as well (my sister's first baby). I definitely want 2025 to treat me as good as 2024 did.

However, the lows, as few as they were, they hit me like a freakin' truck. First, my job. Despite loving it and praying to God to have it one more year (being a private school teacher is always a Russian Roulette), truth is, it was super demanding and sometimes, demoralizing. I don't know what happened, but these years, studentes were lazier and more spoiled. Parents weren't that better. It seemed like the cared little no none about them. And the brain rot stuff that plagued Internet this year didin't help either. My health also wasn't the best this year. I was hospitalized for the first time in almost my entire life and, since then, my visits to the hospital were pretty common. I'm 38. I'm not old, but it's obvious that my body is making me sure that I'm not a young anymore. This year was a wake-up call for my health, and I have to start doing more excercise and reduce my coach potato life.

Anyway, I'm sure you all had your highs and lows as well, and I know 2025 won't be any different. But I really hope you have a great new year, full of dreams, successes, the love of your family and friends and pure strenght and happiness to live your lives.
