it's a copy and paste mod.

To use this mod you must first install the modular base mod then copy and paste my mod

For those who want to update the performances here is the link to download. You have to take the one with the modular mod. Once downloaded, go to the game files: SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/F1 22/_MODULAR_MODS/_ACTIVE/ then drop the performance_f1_teams in it.
