The game Simon and his friend played is called A Way Out (the same developer made the game It Takes Two). The developer of the game is Swedish so it’s really cool they chose that game to make an appearance in the show!

2025-05-29 07:33:31 +0000 UTCAlmost all Swedes are fluent in English (we start reading English in school when we are 8 years old) so it’s pretty common to put in some English words now and then, and we have some English word that we use in our language….love your reactions 💕

2025-04-21 13:51:23 +0000 UTCRight, Wilhelm won't reach 17 until season 3. By the way, Edvin Ryding, who plays Wilhelm, was actually 17/18 when season 1 started filming. He's been an actor in Swedish film and tv from the age of 6.

2024-12-21 16:19:08 +0000 UTCGood to see you guys reacting to Young Royals. Your in for a different ride compared to Heartstopper but I think you'll love it. I saw an interview with both leads on Jimmy Fallon and they speak English fluently. They talked about dubbing the dialog into English and they have dubbed their own voices as well as other cast members doing the same. I'm not a fan of dubbing but i have seen clips of the dubbed footage and its actually quite good. Subtitles are non issue but i do miss some of the action on the screen while reading.

2024-12-18 04:34:21 +0000 UTCBy the way the three years at Hillerska skolan is roughly equivalent to US high school sophomore thru senior years. Year 1 is 16/17, 2 is 17/18 and year 3 is 18/19. Schooling in Sweden is free for everyone through high school but Hillerska is a boarding school, there is a cost for room and board. So there is no cost to Simon and Sara for the schooling but August (and the others) pay for R and B.
