General Tapp update!

Heyo, Funky Base Ninjas! Been a minute since a proper update eh?

Things have been quiet on the southern front these past months and you deserve an explanation. Things were changing in my personal life so I wasn’t sure how to talk about it at the time; plus there was still holiday mania to deal with and, most importantly, a massive family crisis* to boot. 

Let's go through this in  a handy ordered list:

1.  I’m certain nothing will explode so now, I can confidently say it: I recently got a job! So...yeah! Grande Tush Master Tapp is riding a desk for 8 hours of the day!

2. Recently there has been what feels like chaos because some family is getting Married soon! Three guesses for who has been roped into the excitement :P

3. *That crisis...(sad stuff ahead) To spare you the details: Back in Late December early January 2022 there was a very real threat of not seeing two family members again and, if things got worse, not being able to say goodbye in person. It has been months since, everyone is fine and got home safe, but those two weeks are still messing with my head. 

Please understand, that was intensely traumatic for all of us. I try not to mention that thing too often and generally avoid this kind of language…but truly: Fuck Covid 19.

Pile on intense burnout because and feeling like I’m dying every other day now that I’m off Rona schedule and my output suffers more than usual. That's the way things are for now.

All of that said: several main cut scenes are polished and are ready or close to ready to go! Some mechanics with certain enemies are down the pipe (that’s a story…) and the main baddie is still staring at me from the depths of the Underwhere…

I need help...that or have to put things on hold since I might be stretching themself too thin...
