Mercedes works over Kai’s arm, sending her out of the ring, she follows, Raquel gets in her way, Kai gets in and distracts the ref so Gonzales tries for a clothesline, Mercedes ducks and hits back, Mercedes come in, V-TRIGGERS Kai, then Gonzales Mercedes when she has Kai up for maybe a finish, DQ win for Martinez

After the match, Raquel continues to beat on Mercedes as Kai watches on while holding the title

Ember/Shotzi interview

They’re interrupted by some flowers, Franky comes in and reads the card, said it’s from DEXTER LUMIS

Dain starts, dominates early

Drake eventually is in, gets isolated for a LONG time, he fights through, but just as he finally goes for a tag, Dain had been dropped from the apron by Wolfe, Drake sees no one there, Dain finally comes back in, wrecks Imperium, goes to the outside, gets booted by Martel, who orders Wolfe to chair Dain, he hesitates, Martel sees this, yells at Wolfe, Drake suicide dives them, Dain throws Drake at Eichner, Dain hesitates to throw Martel cuz Wolfe is there, so Bartel takes out Dain, meanwhile, Drake is by himself against Eichner, but since there’s no Dain, Imperium get their finish off on him for the win

Robert Stone Brand vs. Shotzi/Ember

Candice and Indi attack before the bell ring, RSB act like they won the tag titles, no match

Cole interview, he’s on the phone, asks if the interview is gonna happen, Arash Markazi says I’m just waiting on you.

Hows your recovery? Been better, been worse. At the peak of my title run, I had a broken wrist.

Was it a mistake to turn on KO?

I decided I didn’t wanna carry the UE, not just them, but NXT for four years. I delivered the first shot, they lost sight. They turned their backs on me.

KO opened and main evented, is he the face of NXT?

People get so excited at every turn to say this is the next big thing- KO got lucky, he’s not ready for the main event spot- he’s been here four years and only now people are recognizing him. He’s not sure if he’s ready, he’s insecure. Only time will tell if he’s ready, but not while I’m here.

Karrion Kross:

He can now say he’s one of the best, he’s good, great? I don’t know. Was his injury before a freak injury or was he just not ready? When I decide to go after it again, his clock is ticking.

What now?

No one’s business but my own. I’m pissed that people think he can replace me. No matter what, people are gonna see the best Adam Cole.

Fun shit, Kushida and MSK work well together, Escobar power bombs K through the announce table, Carter checks on him, Mendoza wrecks him on the outside, leaving just Wes Le in the ring, oh wow Le gets hit with a dropkick mid-cool flip thing, this lets LDF get running corner strike after running corner strike, Raul hits like a slingshot splash on Wes, he kicks out, fends them off, evades all their offense, keeps them at bay with kicks, til Nash gets back up on the apron for the tag, Le tags him in, Carter drops everyone, but he eventually gets hit with a kick, K comes back in, immediately eats a Phantom Driver while LDF get their finish on Nash for 3
