Daniel Bryan Interview: No one asked me if I wanted to be in that tag match… then my Fox app cut out, I brought it back and we had another recap- we come back and Bryan is on the mic, he talks about getting a low ambition score, how is it possible that you’re successful? I dunno, I just LOVE this, I don’t feel I’ve had to work a day in the last 21 years. For the last year, I’ve wanted to be more a full time dad and a part time wrestler- I’ve put myself on the backburner, so when I was on the floor and Edge pointed at that sign, I felt like a total failure, cuz I’ve failed myself. Only then did I realize I have a lot more ambition than that test ever showed. I should be in the main event of wrestlemania,  you know how I know? I’ve wrestled more matches in the last three weeks than they have in the last three months combined. I know what I can be, the absolute best. So tonight, I step in a steel cage with jey uso, if I win I get a title shot at Roman at Fastlane, and that’s the only way I could main event mania, and that could be my last chance

Roman comes out, 20 minutes deep. Can we get a match?

Roman says you don’t love wrestling, you NEED it, love is based on service, what you’d do for others. I love this business. I don’t need it. I do it because everybody needs ME. Smackdown needs me, the roster, the crew, the cameraman, he needs me. Paul, Jey, YOU need me. After Jey whups your ass tonight, you’re gonna understand it. Once you know that, you’re gonna acknowledge me. Jey slaps the mic out Bryan’s hand, says don’t worry about the universal title match, you ain’t gonna get through me. You aren’t locking ROman out, you’re locking ME in. He makes a move on bryan, who arm drags him out the ring. 

Street Profits vs. Baron/Sami Zayn

Sami says last week was a fluke, tonight we’re gonna prove it- Baron says SAMI shutup, I don’t like you, I don’t like tagging with you, I’m a singles competitor, so I wanna take one of you on. They agree to singles matches, Montez vs. Baron, Sami accuses all of them of working together on this. 

Baron Cobin vs. Montez Ford

Corbin dominates early, Ford comes alive, gets 2 with a standing moonsault, they get distracted by Sami and his crew ringside with Dawkins, Corbin hits End of Days for 3

Sami demands Corbin help him since he helped get him that win, Dawkins hits Sami off the apron, which sends Sami into Corbin, which pisses off Corbin, so Sami is on his own

Sami Zayn vs. Angelo Dawkins

Sami has the match basically won, but notices Montez goofin with the doc crew, gets rolled up.

Sami is pissed off afterwards, wants to know who’s behind this, he attacks one of his camera people, accuses him of working for the company

REginald backstage, Carmella says lets play a game called Who’s the Snake? Accuses him of obsessing over Sasha, therefore, HE’S THE SNAKE! YOU’RE FIRED!

Dom vs. Chad Gable

Gable almost gets 3 with a tiger suplex, but Dom hits a crucifix pin after Gable missed a moonsault, Dom wins, then Rey takes out Otis with a dropkick and a seated senton over the table

Seth interview- upset about Cesaro putting him in the swing for a record amount of time. He must have done that because he’s AFRAID TO EMBRACE THE VISION.

Murphy lurks in the shot, suggests he could help Seth with the Cesaro situation, Seth says get out of my sight now.

Shayna Baszler vs. Bianca Belair

SHayna kicks Bianca’s arm, Sasha, in Belair’s corner, does a terrible job trying to help hype her up

Shayna continues to work the arm, Bianca lands some offense through the pain

Bianca goes for glam slam, Shayna counters sending her out the ring, she lands near Reginald, so she pushes him at the feet of Nia, who runs at him, but she runs into Sasha. Shayna tries to take advantage of the distraction with a KC, Bianca counters into KOD for 3

After the match, REginald tries to be cool with Sasha, she slaps him and says I told you to stay out of my business

Backstage, ROman says to Jay, if you win tonight, the title is secure til Mania. If you lose, I have to defend at Fastlane. But if you lose, you embarrass yourself and our family. DOn’t embarrass our family. 

Murphy vs. CEsaro

Cesaro hits a swing and Murphy taps in the Scorpion Deathlock

Reginald walks past Sasha’s door, knocks on it, she yells NO! Shayna comes up to him, says he smells like failure, wants to fight him, Nia backs her off and says he’s cute.

Apollo Crews Promo

He brings out two indie wrestlers, calls them the Elite Guard

Talks about the stories his dad would tell him about his nigerian ancestors, calls out Big E, says I no longer care about fitting in, I want to stand out, I am demanding a rematch, you will fall 

before my feet, you will be haunted by my complete and total victory.

Backstage, Bryan drive-by on Jey

Hello Ding Dong new segment, she reads reviews of her show, it’s basically just the Noam Dar bit from Thursday, she gets mad at one of the reviews and leaves out the door

Backstage, Natalya and Tamina whine to Pearce about not being in the tag match at FL, Pearce says sorry doods, Sonya says not the way she woulda done it

Jey Uso vs. Daniel Bryan Steel Cage

Heading into commercial, Jey hits a Samoa Drop on Bryan

Jey hits a splash from the top rope for 2

Jey tries to get out, Daniel holds him back, Jey hits superkick for 2

Jey almost gets out, Daniel Bryan gets him in the yes lock, jey gets to the ropes but it doesn’t matter JEY TAPS, BRYAN GOES TO FASTLANE
