This honestly made me feel so much better about how I procrastinate the most when I’m the most stressed. It is still a habit I am working on breaking, but after watching this video it made more sense why we do it and also helped me be more compassionate with myself.
If you haven’t read The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins, I HIGHLY suggest it. And as in typing that... I realize I need to get back into the practice of it. 🙈
