Krissy Mae has been one of the only women in fitness who has been able to inspire me in all aspects of life. Her story of recovery is incredible and I have really enjoyed how open she has been in sharing her struggles. The amount charitable work she does never ceases to amaze me. It's been around 7-8 years now that I've been following her and not once have I thought to unfollow. Her views on nutrition, mental health, and fitness have helped me mature my approach on each subject.
