Witch of the Full Moo (anthro cow story)

(This story was written for more general audiences. I hope you enjoy it.)

It was a dark and stormy… morning.

Between the pouring rain, the wailing of a black cat, and the irritating noise the alarm clock made, there was no chance of the cow sleeping in. She sat up, shut off her alarm, and grumbled as she slumped over in her bed. The young cow put on her big round glasses, stretched her arms over her head, and yawned. She then stood up and gazed with contempt out the window.

A Hairy Situation (werewolf story)

(I decided to try a bit of an experiment with this one. Disclaimer for Nudity, painful transformation, and some slight sexual themes, but nothing too risky actually happens. Viewer discretion is advised.)

It was a late Sunday evening in October. Carlos needed to get out of town. He’d delayed for far too long, and now people were going to be in danger if he didn’t do something.

He marched out into the woods and stomped out as far and fast as his body could take him. Carlos had ...

October 2022: Halloween Poll

It's the spooky month again. And that means it's time to write something in the spirit of the season. There's always a ton of potential for what can be done in a halloween-themed story. That's why I'm open to suggestions for the readers; what do you want to see happen in the story?

A fine day for music

Oh, what a wonderful sunny day!

Brisa could practically hear the birds chirping outside as she woke up. The wind dragoness opened up her window and gazed out at the delightful morning over the great dragon city. Many non-dragons were already on the streets, heading out to begin their exhausting days at work.

The teenager wouldn’t be much of an exception; she had another boring day at school in the Dragon Spire ahead of her. Still… that wasn’t for a couple of hours. She grinn...

September Poll

A month later, I find I've still got my job. I've also managed to get to the milestone of 150 monsters for my bestiary. So, I'm taking a break from that, and focusing on writing my dragon-related story. I'll still do a poll for the month, but only one short story to keep from overloading myself.

I'd also like to figure out how to engage with folks more, though it's tricky to figure out right now.

I want to try and get a continuation written before the end of the month.

The Fox Guarding the Henhouse: Part 4

After another long shift as security guard, Frederick got another long rest in his bedroom. And when he finally woke up, he stretched his arms over his head and gave a hearty yawn. He looked out the window and grimaced; the sun was up, but nearing setting. He wasn’t quite used to being up and active at night, but he was gradually getting there… or at least Frederick hoped that was the case.

The fox checked his calendar; it was Tuesday, his day off from a guard shift… or was it nig...

Dragon Disco Diva (anthro story)

Club Dynast was one of the most brilliant, dazzling, and FUNKY dance clubs in all of Ultimus.

The huge interior was mostly covered in a fine red carpet, patterned intricately with various runes in the dragon lexicon. In the very center of the club, there was a massive dance floor, illuminated with many squares of ever-shifting colors. Up above, a disco ball spun about, filling the room with beautiful colors. Gold pillars were erected in the four corners of the dance floor, holding the c...

August Poll

Well, last month had its issues. And I've even got a bigger problem looming on the horizon; my place of irl work might be closed down soon. And if I don't get a transfer to a new franchise, I'll have to find new work entirely.

But I still want to keep the monthly poll up and running. I'm not in serious trouble YET, so at the very least I want to write some short stories for folks.

Chariot Lineart

This guy is called Chariot. As in, the Major Arcana card, Chariot. I've actually created a whole series of enemy sprites based loosely on the Major Arcana deck. I don't know if I've got all the linearts for them still. I may gradually upload them as time goes on.

Evangeline's evening (macro/micro story)

(Disclaimer; this story has some footplay and other kinks involved. Viewer discretion is advised.)

Evangeline made her way upstairs… with a tiny, muttering mouse held tightly in her hand. She opened her bedroom and slammed the door behind herself. The mouse continued to shift and wiggle in an attempt to get free, much to the cow’s irritation. She walked over to her dresser and pulled over a cage that sat on top. The mouse couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw it.

Evangeline ...

Bladenboros Lineart

This monster is based on the Beast of Bladenboro, a folk monster of North Carolina. It was a monster rumored to kill several dogs in December of 1953.

A number of creatures I've researched tend to have "beast" or "monster" in the name. Honestly, I wanted to change them to give the names more distinct personality. Hence why I went with "Bladenboros" as its name rather than beast OF etc.

Angler Fish Lineart

This is one of many creatures I've drawn over the last year, as part of my effort to amass 220 unique monster sprites for my game project. I decided I'd like to post them to my patreon, to see if people like seeing my work.

Stress

I'm sorry, but things have been rather irritating lately. First my cat pee'd on my laptop bag, meaning I had to get a new one (the bag; my laptop itself is okay). Then my phone died at the movie theaters... meaning I'm basically locked out of my paypal until I can get a new one (and I don't even know if my contacts can be salvaged). Next, work has been a pain in the ass, making me feel miserable.

I feel like I need a little more time before I can work on the next story of the month. I h...

The Fox Guarding the Henhouse: Chapter 3

The sun was setting once again over Brown Farms; time for Frederick the fox to get to work.

The first evening went by without any issues… well, aside from the trouble Darlene the hen tried to stir up. But Frederick hadn’t seen hide nor feather of the rotund macro around part of the henhouse. And frankly that suited him just fine; he’d rather not deal with her for as long as he didn’t have to.

The fox put on his new guard uniform and prepared his trusty baton and flashlight...

July Poll

New month, new stories. Pick the two you'd like to see me explore this month. :)

Decided on a new change; continuations of previous stories, since people seem to really like seeing more parts. I might even gradually phase out options if nobody really wants to see them.

The Fox Guarding the Henhouse

The life of a drifter was a rough one for a fox.

There were quite a number of classic personality traits for a fox. Cunning, conniving, scheming, manipulation, charming accents… But what if you weren’t ANY of that? What if you were just a dumb, down-on-his-luck country fox, who was just trying to find his place in this world?

Heading out on his own had to be the worst mistake Frederick had made in his life. He should have just stayed in Oregon, working at the family deli. But ...

Susan and Blaire: Chapter 7

It was only a few minutes later. Susan had prepared a plate of crackers with peanut butter spread upon them. She then sat down on her couch in the living room, with the lights on and the plate spread out nearby. She’d placed Blaire down on her left thigh, while Puck and the red mouse sat down on the other one. The cat gave everyone a cracker, and she relaxed as the mice chowed down.

Blaire was grateful for the snack; though he was too busy watching the red mouse to really enjoy his ow...

Dreaming of the Dragontaur: Chapter 3

“Are you all completely out of your mind?!”

To be honest, that was entirely the kind of response that Victor was expecting from the headmaster. Still, he and his fellow apprentices had to explain what they were going for.

Victor, Sean and Chet went to see the headmaster of the academy. first thing in the morning… well, just after breakfast, anyway. Headmaster Bladebeak was a wise/wizened owl, depending on who you talked to. He wore fancy robes, a big cone hat, and wore a mon...

Dreaming of the dragontaur (macro/micro story)

(I must admit that I got rather excited when I saw about half the voters wanting to go for a dragoness story. Enjoy! :) )

The first thing the mouse realized was the smell of lavender as he stirred from slumber. Next, came the shaking of the ground.

He shifted around and groaned as he tried to make sense of what was going on. The mouse sat up and crossed his legs; he rubbed his eyes and took a few breaths… before the ground shook again. There was a third shake a moment later… t...

Susan and Blaire: Chapter 6

The evening at the restaurant was as pleasant as it could be. Blaire enjoyed his food, had more small talk with Susan, and even got to join her in devouring a delicious slice of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. There were even sprinkles, some chocolate sauce, a cherry on top… THE WORKS. Blaire didn't quite remember the details, but he was pretty sure he was all but buried in the sweet treat.

It was such a delicious treat, in fact, that Blaire’s belly was full to bursting. And ...

Update, and May Poll

Well, after taking some time trying to mentally detox, I think I'm finally ready to bring monthly polls back. However, there will be only one winner each month for a while (meaning there won't need to be a secondary poll for a continuation, since there's only one option).

But I've also decided to write a new chapter of Susan and Blaire once a month. Here's hoping that I can come up with creative ideas for our delightful catch witch and her little mouse ward.

As a recap, this month...

The boy and the Reverend (dragon story)

This story is a continuation to a quickie story from a few years back: https://www.patreon.com/posts/25786900

A rumbling came from all around me as the stomach walls roared to life. They shifted and groaned as they closed in on my body. I’d lost track of time while I was held captive in the dragoness’s stomach; I might have even passed out. I wished I had my dagger still, just so I could lash o...

Number 1: Grumble (and Lore)

Born out in the wilds of the eastern savanna, the ancestors of the modern Grumbles lived in nomadic societies for hundreds of years. They mainly dig their burrows close by rivers, which were farmed for fish. The Grumbles had a head of spines, and they contort their bodies into balls to spin lightning-fast before launching at trees to knock down fruit.

Some two-hundred years ago, a powerful warlord began diverting rivers toward his domain, manipulating Grumbles into an accidental pilgrim...

Blaire squinted his eyes as light flooded in from above. A big furry hand reached inside and carefully plucked him up. The mouse clung to the thumb for a moment as his eyes adjusted to the light… and his ears became flooded with many voices.

He’d never heard so many people in one place. There were so many macros all around him; all chatting and laughing and dining with fancy platters. There were some lighter voices that he could only barely pick up; perhaps they were micros like him...

April Update

Hi, everyone.

Sorry that I still haven't gotten back into writing stuff again. I guess that most days I feel tired after a long shift at work.

But that doesn't mean I haven't worked on anything at all. I shifted my created energy toward drawing more sprites for my game project. Most of them have been enemy sprites... but I've also gotten into working on a template to design anthro dragons. I might still be a long ways away, but it makes me happy to work on my drawing craft.

The Queen's Secret

(This story has some sexual themes. Viewer discretion is advised.)

“..Good morning, your highness.” A citizen said meekly.

“Yeah… Hello.” She grumbled.

Her name was queen Alexandria Rosemary Chrysanthemum the Third, and she was the powerful queen of the kingdom of Davenshire. She was a Setter; a fitting breed for a descendant of the founding rulership of the kingdom. She stood seven feet tall, with powerful limbs and a fierce strut. The queen was always dressed in ...
