Added 2022-01-30 21:14:59 +0000 UTCI haven't been shooting much, since landing here in Portland at the beginning of December. I did get to do my first art show ever and I have had some time to look back on old content that had been forgotten. I also bought a professional printer and it has been incredible to start that journey, printing my own work. I may do some printing for other artists. Honestly though, I just don't feel the same when I am not actively shooting and expressing fresh ideas with fresh energy. Like a part of me is missing. Then this last week, I finally put out a call for some models for a chocolate shoot for my friends company. The response here in Portland has been amazing. I have so many women and men reaching out to shoot. And who knows, as the network grows, one thing always leads to another.

finding the inbetween motivations is tough. too often I don't move forward or put the time and effort to a little project because I want to be doing the BIG project. but then there's no project and I'm just staring at the wall. so really anything that keeps the creative muscles from atrophy is good in my book.
