For reference, even back when I was only on the high school varsity team, having everyone line up on the corners and take shots at goal was literally a warm-up drill we did every other day before practice. Just to get everyone’s muscle memory used to the feeling of controlling your contact point enough to curve the shots trajectory. And anyone who’s shot was wildly off goal or curved wrong, had to run a few laps lol. So while it is impressive, it’s not quite the jaw dropping feat most people would think it to be.

You’ll even see plenty of those happening at the high school and collegiate levels. The reason you dont really see professional players doing it rarely ever though, is because any even slightly decent goalie can shut it down with relative ease. It’s too much of a foolish gamble with no purpose other than trying to show off really, for any professionals to actually waste time on doing it in a serious match.
