Do you guys think it was the right move to do Finn’s heel turn in NXT, or was it a missed opportunity to do it on Raw by having him join “The OCs”?

Given the fact that they're losing the Wednesday night ratings war, would it be best to utilize him in that battle? Seems like they need something big to be able to start competing ratings wise.
