He can freely change between a material and a spiritual body. - Intrinsic skills: As a Demon Slime, Rimuru has the species-specific skills of Infinite Regeneration, Control Magic, Multilayer Barrier, Universal Detect, Universal Shapeshift, Demon Lord's Haki, Enhanced Replication, Spatial Motion, Dark Flame Lightning, and Universal Thread. - Infinite Regeneration: Enhanced version of Extra Skill Ultraspeed Regeneration. Works even quicker than its previous version and can now even regenerate from having the Spiritual Body shattered. - Control Magic: Same as its Extra Skill version, but further enhanced. ( It grants superior control over magicules to the point of being able to directly interfere with - and possibly even take control of - the Magic of someone else. ) - Multilayer Barrier: Same as its Extra Skill version, but further enhanced. Provides absolute defense with a multilayer barrier and the severing of space between both sides. - Universal Detect: Multi-purpose Sense-Skill that contains the effects of other Sense-Skills like Magic Sense, Sense Heat Source, Sense Soundwave, and Keen Smell. - Universal Shapeshift: Same as its Extra Skill version, but further enhanced. ( Allows any parts of the body to be transformed into any parts of the bodies of species that the user can transform into. Multiple such partial mimicries, even of different species at the same time, is possible. ) [ Enhance in Universal Scale ] - Demon Lord's Haki/Ambition: A Skill that enhances a magic-based creature's Monster Aura. Needs to be at least on the level of a Demon Lord Breed to acquire. This Skill is a composite of several other Skills like Coercion and Magic Aura, among others. It causes Fear and can even cause instant death to those who can't resist it. - Enhanced Replication Improved version of Replication. ( Can create clones of the user that can be completely controlled by the user at real-time within a kilometer of the user. In Rimuru's case, he can only create one clone, but that clone is able to use all his Skills aside from the Unique Skills and has strength proportional to the amount of magicules invested in that particular clone. Rimuru is able to give the clone simple commands and can receive visual information from it even beyond the 1-kilometer radius. ) [ Can be use in infinite Distances ] - Spatial Motion: Same as its Extra Skill version, but further enhanced. ( Allows the user to be able to transport himself to a place he has visited before. (The original object may disappear if it has no physical form.) Gluttonous King Beelzebub: An ultimate skill gained after unique skill Gluttony consumed unique skill Merciless. It gives the following abilities: - Predation: Takes the target into the user's body. Lesser chance of success if the target has its own consciousness. It can be targeted on organic, inorganic and non-physical objects (e.g. spiritual life-forms like Spirits and Demons), as well as Skills, Magic and Arts and any projectile-type attacks of the aforementioned categories. Compared to its Unique Skill counterpart it has been improved and can now reach a range of kilometers and even consume space itself. - Stomach: Stores the predated target. It can also store materials created via Analysis. Items stored in the user's stomach are unaffected by time. The amount of space has been enlarged compared to its Unique Skill version. - Mimicry: Reproduces the form and Skills of absorbed targets. Only available once the target has been Analyzed. Originally most intrinsic Skills gained from a predated species could only be used at full capacity by taking the form of said species, but Universal Shapeshift negates that issue. - Isolation: Stores harmful effects incapable of being analyzed, neutralizing them and breaking them down into magical force. - Rot: Performs Rot on the target, decomposing it if it is organic. Monster corpses partially absorbed in this manner will reward the user with part of the monster's skills. This effect is imbued into Predation. - Soul Consume: The ability to seize the souls of anyone begging for their lives, seeking help from the user, retreating, or running away. Once the condition is met, the soul can be seized at any time afterward across even very long distances instantly and the user gets informed about any malicious thoughts by the target immediately. The souls of the recently killed can also be seized. - Food Chain: Derived from Receive and Provide. An ability that allows subordinates to the user to provide their strength to back him up, and he can divert some of his strength down to them. It grants him access to the skills of those connected to him.

2021-10-03 11:00:26 +0000 UTCTrivia: - In case you missed it, Megiddo that Rimuru released is a laser type of attack, so no magic can stop it. He using merciless because of the rest of those soldiers hides in their camp where Rimuru attack cannot be reach to 1 kill hit it (like sniping on a blind spot). - The Superior Spirit that Razen summoned should've been able to put up a good fight with a normal Arch-Demon, then with Razen's support it would've been more than enough to defeat a normal Arch-Demon (not an ancient one though). Ancient Arch-Demons are on par with normal Demon Lords, and Primordial ones are stronger than normal Demon Lords. In other words, Noir/Kuro (since he still hasn't been named Diablo by Rimuru) is stronger than Karrion, Clayman, Frey, Orc Disaster and pre-True Demon Lord Evolution Rimuru. Razen had no chance whatsoever, and he has enough knowledge and understanding of demons to figure that out, hence his breakdown. - Here's a piece of info that was skipped in this episode. It's not very important, but it does carry a lot of weight world-building-wise in my opinion: When Raphael took over Rimuru's body (while Rimuru still hadn't awakened from his evolution), it really shocked Myulan a LOT. At first she thought it was Rimuru, but then she realized that it wasn't him, but instead one of his skills, she was utterly baffled since she had never heard of skills that could act on their own. This isn't even just a case of maybe Myulan not being knowledgeable enough. She's not the only one who was baffled by that. This was also a first for Noir/To-be-Diablo, though in his case he just viewed it as an additional reason why Rimuru is a special being (the first reason that motivated him to want to serve Rimuru is how Rimuru is the culminating point of the Time effect that was on the Mask when Noir met Shizu in the past). Others who were shocked include Veldora and Ifrit from within Rimuru (thanks to Veldora, they can see what's happening outside). - The reason why ONLY 3 demons were summoned by Rimuru even though he offered 20 000 corpses as sacrifice is because of Noir/Kuro/To-be-Diablo. Noir forcefully made it so that HE would be the one summoned (stopping/destroying all the other demons who were jumping at the opportunity for such a great offering, only allowing two of his own subordinate demons to follow him into the summoning). Edit: Heck, even if the summoning ritual offered no sacrifice whatsoever, Noir would've still answered the call because it was Rimuru. However, had it not been Noir, then that summoning would've summoned a LOT of demons. - As it was shown in this episode, Razen hadn't simply pre-cast a Nuclear strike spell to detonate upon his death, but he had also set it up to be able to cast it at any time he wanted. This means that he absolutely would've been able to kill Hakurou, Geld, Rigur and Gobta had they fought in the previous episode. Especially since the Nuclear Strike is just one part of Razen's magical arsenal. Out of the four of them, Geld is the only one who might have survived the Nuclear Strike spell (though he would be very injured by it), and then Razen would've been able to finish Geld off. Of course, Razen's victory wouldn't have been guaranteed. There are still chances that Hakurou and Geld might have been able to kill Razen, but the result would then have been the same (with the Nuclear Strike spell detonating). In the end, both sides decided that that fight wasn't worth it, and thus Razen retreated to an a worst battle, to an incredibly bad match up (Rimuru, and then Noir). - Power-wise, while Noir is stronger than a normal Demon Lord, he actually is a lot weaker than he could've been by then. He is about as old of a being as Veldora, but Noir decided to stop making himself stronger because he felt that it would make things too boring and easy. He had been bored out of his mind for most of his existence, his only real personal goals being to entertain himself and to find something he feels to be worth doing. Out of all the colors of Demons, the Black ones are the most eccentric and least orthodox. They don't seek greater power, nor riches nor anything greater, really. They mostly just seek things that they find themselves passionate about. Beretta (the Greater Demon summoned by Rimuru to serve and protect Ramiris (little fairy demon lord)) is one such Black Demon (you can see his full demon form (before the doll form) in the opening of season 2, with his black hair). In Beretta's case, he is somehow able to be a very good butler and to make good tea and stuff like that, which is really not something you'd normally expect from a demon (especially the ones from the Slime world). - The reason the calculation for the revival became much higher is because of 3 reasons: 1- Raphael having a lot more computation power than Great Sage. 2- Beelzebub guaranteeing that Rimuru can collect all the souls correctly 3- Rimuru now having a much higher magicule count and capacity, aka being able to handle a lot more magicules in one go to do such an intense Revival Art. - Also, I like how Benimaru resisted falling asleep for the Haverst Festival Gift out of sheer willpower, and he only let himself go when Raphael told him that it was now fine. P.S. Great Sage's insistence to evolve is so she can be of more use to Rimuru. Her insistence to evolve, in the novel, she wanted to fulfill Rimuru's wish to succeed in the resurrection ritual. So to fulfill that wish the best she could she had to evolve and also why she evolved Gluttony, because she needed it. So everything she did was for the sake of fulfilling Rimuru's greatest wish. credits to the on who wrote this
